Frangelic Growth System

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Frangelic website, programs, tools, communications, and services collectively known as the Frangelic Growth System, operated by DC Growth Ventures LLC, doing business as Frangelic (“Frangelic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the website, enrolling in the Frangelic Growth System, or using any related services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Frangelic provides education, coaching, systems, tools, and resources intended to support business owners, including franchisees. Services may include:

  • Digital courses and training programs

  • Group coaching calls and Q&A sessions

  • Community access

  • Templates, frameworks, documentation, and resources

  • Access to software tools, including CRM functionality

  • Email, SMS, and other communications related to your participation

Services, features, and delivery methods may change at Frangelic’s discretion.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Frangelic Growth System. By using the services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration and Use

Some services require account registration.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information

  • Maintain the security of your login credentials

  • Use the Growth System only for lawful purposes

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Access is granted on an individual basis unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

4. Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions

Certain services require payment.

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the end of the current billing period

  • Prices may change with advance notice

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • All payments are non-refundable

  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not result in refunds for prior payments

Usage-based charges, including SMS, messaging, or software overages, may be billed separately.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription in accordance with your plan terms.

Frangelic reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, without refund, if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Misuse services, content, or tools

  • Share login credentials or proprietary materials

  • Engage in abusive, disruptive, or unethical behavior

  • Attempt to resell, sublicense, or redistribute Frangelic materials

Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided through the Frangelic Growth System, including but not limited to videos, frameworks, templates, CRM configurations, snapshots, workflows, written materials, and brand assets, are owned by Frangelic or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your internal business use only.

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or resell materials

  • Use content to create competing products or services

  • Train others outside your authorized scope using Frangelic materials

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Educational Disclaimer

The Frangelic Growth System provides education, coaching, and operational guidance only.

Frangelic does not guarantee:

  • Revenue or profitability

  • Business or franchise success

  • Marketing performance or outcomes

Results depend on many factors outside Frangelic’s control. Frangelic does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

8. Communications Consent (Email and SMS)

By enrolling in or interacting with the Frangelic Growth System, you consent to receive communications from Frangelic through email, SMS text messaging, and other electronic means using the contact information you provide.

Communications may include:

  • Account notifications and access updates

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Coaching, program, and system updates

  • Service announcements

  • Customer support messages

  • Occasional educational or promotional communications

Message frequency varies based on your engagement.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

9. SMS Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time.

To stop receiving text messages, text “STOP” to the number or shortcode from which the message was sent.

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you rejoin.

10. Rejoining Instructions

If you previously opted out of SMS messages and wish to resume receiving them, you may rejoin by:

  • Submitting a new opt-in form on the Frangelic website

  • Updating your communication preferences within your account, if available

  • Following re-subscription instructions provided by Frangelic

Once re-subscribed, SMS communications will resume.

11. Help Instructions

For assistance, you may:

  • Text “HELP” to the number or shortcode from which the message was sent

  • Contact Frangelic support at [email protected]

12. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Frangelic is not responsible for carrier-imposed charges.

13. Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

14. Privacy Policy

Frangelic collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at:

15. Compliance with Industry Standards

Frangelic operates the Growth System and its communications in accordance with applicable industry standards and requirements, including:

  • CTIA messaging guidelines

  • A2P 10DLC requirements

  • Applicable carrier policies

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frangelic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Growth System.

Frangelic’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Frangelic in the twelve (12) months preceding any claim.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frangelic from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Utah state courts unless otherwise required by law.

19. Modifications to the Terms

Frangelic may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Growth System constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
